Children's Ministry
The Children’s Ministries of FBC Vidalia are committed to reaching boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus Christ so that all will come to know, love, and serve our Savior! FBC Children’s Ministry is open to kids through fifth grade. Our programs offer awesome opportunities for children to have fun as they grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Parent/Child Dedication
FBC Vidalia believes children are a gift from God and we are very excited when families desire to dedicate their child through a Parent-Child Dedication ceremony. This is a time for parents to make a public commitment before God, our church, and their families, to spiritually nurture their children in accordance with the Biblical calling upon parents. If you desire to dedicate your child fill out the “Request a Date” form and we will be in touch.
Nursery
Babies to Twos
We love our babies and it shows! You can feel comfortable, knowing that you are leaving your Baby, Waddler or Toddler in competent and capable hands.
At check-in we will ask for vital information such as allergies, medical conditions or special instructions for today that will help us take care of your little one. This information will be printed onto a label and placed on your child’s back. From there your child is off exploring God’s love through amazing Bible stories, fun praise songs and creative crafts.
Because we know that all little bodies need time to eat and time to wiggle, we provide a snack time and a play time on our indoor playground.
Every Sunday and Wednesday is an opportunity for your child to have an amazing experience. We are looking forward to seeing you and your little explorers.
Discovery Cove
PRESCHOOL WORSHIP
Discovery Cove is a rotation-style worship & learning experience for preschoolers (3 & 4 year olds) that allows seeds to be planted that give a balanced first step into what corporate worship is really like, while still being very preschool-friendly. We listen to stories, learn worship songs, and participate in hands-on learning… all focused on teaching about God and His Word.
K thru 5th
Sunday School
9:15 – 10:15 am
Sunday School here at FBC Vidaila is open to children of all ages (babies to 5th grade). Each of our “Harbor Stations” is divided by age group and is designed to facilitate learning about God and His Word in a small group, personal setting with caring and concerned teachers and leaders. Each Sunday’s lesson is taught in a discussion format and the topics are then reinforced during the children’s worship experience at 10:30 am. Sunday School begins at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings and ends at 10:15 AM.
Kid's Bay Worship

Kid’s Bay Worship is specifically designed for grades K – 5, and it’s the place to be! We are so excited that you are interested in joining us! Kid’s Bay Worship provides a fun and secure place for your children to have a worship experience with God through teaching, object lessons, life stories, games, and multi-media presentations. We strive to give children the opportunity to experience genuine worship while allowing them to still be kids. We meet at 10:30 AM in Kid’s Bay on Sunday mornings while the adults meet in “big church.” Come see what God is doing in the lives of our children here at FBC Vidalia… We would love to have you join us!
